The final insulated pipe consists of three layers:

• Steel pipe (inner carrier)

• Polyurethane (PU) foam (insulation layer)

• HDPE jacket pipe (outer protective casing)

The finished pipe features high strength, good toughness, smooth surface, uniform wall thickness, and strong pressure resistance.
